All sporter stocks are designed to meet the regulations of IR50/50 Sporter Class. They provide optimum stability on sandbag rests.
For minimum weight I use Butternut, Sassafrass, Paulownia and Catalpa. These lightweight stocks will weigh between 1.25 and 1.5 pounds.
Walnut and maple are available with weights from 1.8 to 2.0 pounds. Three Layer laminates will weigh 1.25 to 1.75 pounds.
Pattern for Anschutz 54.18, Turbo, Sako, Ultra Light, Cz452 and Hall. Shown in Fancy Poplar and Catalpa
Alternate style for Hall, Sako or ‘barrel channel only’
Typical of stock pattern for Remington 541, Cooper, NS522, CZ452, Ruger 10/22 or 77/22.
Prices: $175 for solid wood, $200 for laminates. Shipping included.
Stocks are fully shaped and inlet. No finish work is done. No Buttplates.
OPTION FOR FINNFIRE ONLY:
Aluminum bedding block installed. Minimizes wood compression and the pillar installation problems with Finnfires. Price $50
